Welcome to Ads On Air, operated by Onair Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services or using this website (adsonair.in), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Ads On Air provides digital advertising and marketplace management services, including but not limited to account management, advertising campaign management, content optimization, and performance reporting for brands selling on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Nykaa Fashion.
2. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to relevant marketplace/advertising accounts, and necessary approvals required for us to perform the agreed services.
3. Fees and Payment
Service fees, ad spend management commissions, and billing cycles will be agreed upon separately with each client, typically through a service agreement, invoice, or proposal document. Payments are to be made through the payment methods specified in the invoice, including Razorpay payment links, within the agreed timeframe.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, account credentials, and performance data shared during the engagement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ads On Air will use reasonable skill and care in managing advertising campaigns and marketplace accounts. However, we do not guarantee specific sales, ranking, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control, including marketplace policies, market conditions, and competitor activity.
6. Intellectual Property
All creative assets, strategies, and reports created specifically for a client remain the property of that client upon full payment. Ads On Air retains the right to use anonymized or aggregated data for internal benchmarking purposes.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement as per the notice period specified in the applicable service agreement. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Andhra Pradesh.
