At Ads On Air (Onair Technologies Pvt Ltd), we strive to deliver quality digital advertising and marketplace management services. As our offerings are professional services rather than physical products, the following refund terms apply.
1. Service Fees
Service fees are charged for work performed, including account management, campaign setup, content creation, and advertising management. Once work has commenced on a billing cycle (e.g., a monthly retainer), fees for that cycle are non-refundable.
2. Advertising Spend
Amounts allocated toward advertising spend (ad budgets on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.) are passed through to the respective marketplace’s advertising platform and are non-refundable once spent, in accordance with the marketplace’s own advertising terms.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been incorrectly billed, please contact us within 7 days of the invoice date at [insert email address]. Verified billing errors will be corrected or refunded as applicable.
4. Early Termination
If a client terminates services mid-cycle, fees for work already completed up to the termination date are non-refundable. Any unspent, pre-paid advertising budget (where applicable and not yet committed to campaigns) may be refunded at our discretion.
